Any employees who took the Early Out and wish to come back to the company will be allowed to reapply, however, they will not retain ANY seniority for pay, bidding shifts, vacations or the age- plus- service packages. They will need to apply through the normal avenues and they will be interviewed. In addition, these people will not be able to retain the travel benefits they were given during the EO if they rehire and then quit or get fired. The US Airways legal department is drawing up a document that must be signed by anyone desiring to come back under these conditions.
